Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha took a dig at Mumbai roads as she shared a video of a futuristic road construction technology that was allegedly being used in Germany. The actress, in her own sarcastic way, took a jibe at the never-ending pothole and waterlogging woes of Mumbaikars, especially during the monsoon.
Sonakshi took to her Instagram stories to share a video which spoke of a new-age technology being used in Germany to construct roads that "drink" all the water, resulting in safe and pothole-free lanes. Sharing the video, the actress sarcastically wrote, "Whaaat??? You don't dig all year every year instead of finding a 'concrete' solution while the city is underwater in the rains?? Shee yaar...that's too bad (sic)."

The actress was seemingly criticising the authorities of the city, which recently saw massive waterlogging in major traffic-ridden areas, as monsoons arrived early in Mumbai.
Not just Sonakshi, but several celebs, including Vivek Agnihotri, also slammed the authorities for the waterlogging and pothole-ridden roads in the city, which add the to the daily woes of commuters.
