A Missguided parcel that landed on a woman's doorstep in 2016 has finally been opened – and the contents are causing quite the stir online. Jess, known as sideofsequins to her Instagram followers, racked up over 26,000 likes with her post as she revealed what was inside the package.
The video shows Jess tearing into the parcel, which was mistakenly sent to her nearly 10 years prior. Among the first items discovered was a coupon that "expired in 2016." Then came the moment for Jess to examine intothe long-forgotten fashion finds. Jess recounted how she received the incorrect package a long time ago and decided it was time to reveal the contents of the clothing haul.
She said: "In 2015, yes 2015, ten years ago, I ordered from this company. I ordered a bunch of clothes. They sent me the wrong package. I called them and they said, 'We don't want it back, keep it.' This is that package. But I never actually opened the bags inside to see what was in here. So let's do that right now."

With an expired coupon as evidence of the parcel's "legitimacy," Jess sorted through the Missguided items, unveiling some unexpected pieces.
Kicking off the haul, she showed off a cream-coloured bodysuit featuring a dainty tie. Jess shared: "I don't remember how this would have went in about 2016. I can't try it on because we're pregnant and this will not fit. Not even close. But how do we think this neck thing goes?"
Jess was taken aback by the second item in the mystery bag - a pencil skirt.
She said: "I feel that the woman who bought all this, she was making outfits. I love a girl who makes an outfit because I do the same thing."
Jess continued: "Because you know in the mid 2010s we were still rocking the corporate club wear."
Accompanying the skirt were more fashion finds: another pencil skirt with trendy "lace up" details, a crisp white button-up top, and a black shirt adorned with laces. The haul concluded with what Jess described as a "basic crop top."
Her followers were equally intrigued and amused by the blast from the past, with comments flooding in questioning Jess's patience and expressing astonishment at the throwback items.
One curious commenter couldn't hold back and wrote: "How on earth did you not tear into that the minute they said we don't need it back?"
Another echoed this, sharing: "How could you have resisted? I would have instantly ripped that package open lol." A third added: "This is a time capsule! I love it."
The contents left Jess pondering the story behind them, wondering aloud: "I wonder where she was going? I wonder what she was wearing this for.
"I wonder who this was for. I don't even if I ever got my actual package, I hope she got hers."
