People think that heart attack comes suddenly, but the reality is that the body starts giving some signals beforehand. Learn stress management – Meditation, deep breathing and taking periodic breaks help control stress.
Stay away from smoking and alcohol – both of these can block the heart veins.
Keep an eye on blood pressure and sugar – regular check-ups can prevent the danger in time.
