The beneficiary said that the solar plant has made his dream come true.
The beneficiary further said, "Although we were previously known as food providers, now, thanks to your kindness, we have also become energy providers." To this, PM Modi replied, "Now, food providers have also become energy providers."
The beneficiary said, "We gave you land, and you extracted gold from it and gave it to us. We gave this land here. I believe people said that potatoes grew gold. Potatoes didn't grow gold (PM Modi burst out laughing at this statement). But you definitely gave us gold from our land." When the beneficiary said this, the other beneficiaries present there also started laughing.
