The tennis continues at the Shanghai Masters on Sunday, with the third round officially underway. Novak Djokovic and Jannik Sinner will be in action. But it wasn't to be for one star, as Belgian tennis ace David Goffin was forced to retire just 10 minutes into his match against Gabriel Diallo.
Over in Beijing, Amanda Anisimova will face Linda Noskova in the China Open final. No. 4 seed Anisimova picked up a maiden WTA 1000 crown earlier this year in Doha and will be looking to add to her title, while 20-year-old Noskova hunts her biggest career title.
Main draw action in Wuhan, another WTA 1000 event, gets underway on Monday, and Emma Raducanu has a brutal draw, with some tough opponents laying in wait should she beat Ann Li in the first round. The Brit has been reflecting on some of her matches this season, and surprisingly admitted that her favourite was one that she lost.
